Grant supports the expansion of Catalyst’s affordable and workforce housing developer training and funding program
ST. PETERSBURG, Florida – July 27, 2023 – The First Horizon Foundation has awarded a $10,000 grant to Catalyst Community Capital, a 501(c) 3 mission-based lender and certified Community Development Entity, to help the organization expand its affordable and workforce housing developer training and funding programs.
