Development

Catalyst develops mixed-use communities and market-rate, mixed-income and affordable residential projects located in urban infill locations and designated redevelopment areas. We work in partnership with municipalities, and utilize local, state and federal incentives such as LIHTC, NMTC, TIF and other economic development tools to fund many of our projects.

Commercial Lending

We provide financing for high impact projects and job creation.
Catalyst provides loans to small business owners, nonprofits, and mission-aligned for-profit developers. We provide construction loans, tax increment financing, bridge loans, and SBA 504 for the acquisition and/or development of affordable housing, community facilities, owner-occupied commercial real estate, and economic development projects.

Catalyst supports community and economic development initiatives by providing technical assistance to small businesses, mission-driven developers, nonprofits, and local government agencies. The Catalyst team assists with strategic and tactical planning, capital raises, project management and capacity building.
